24/7 manned guarding, CCTV surveillance with 30-day recording, biometric access control, fire detection and suppression systems, and comprehensive insurance coverage on all stored goods. Only authorized personnel can enter the storage floor.

Yes. Our fulfilment service includes receiving your inventory, quality check, barcode labelling, storage, order picking, packing (branded or standard), and last-mile dispatch via our courier partners or your preferred logistics provider.

Climate-controlled storage maintains temperature (18–24°C) and humidity (45–55%) within set ranges. You need it for pharmaceuticals, electronics, leather goods, artwork, documents, and certain food products. Standard ambient storage is sufficient for most machinery, textiles and non-perishable goods.

Yes. Every dispatched vehicle is GPS-fitted, and we share a live tracking link with your team so you can follow route progress and ETA without calling the driver. The link updates every 2–3 minutes and shows current location, speed, and estimated arrival.

Yes — port-to-door container haulage from JNPT and Mumbai Port is one of our core services. We coordinate with your customs broker, handle container detention timelines, and provide chassis and trailer combinations suited to your container size (20ft / 40ft).

Transit insurance is available as an add-on for every load. Standard coverage is 0.5% of declared goods value. We'll walk you through coverage options, exclusions and claim procedures when you request your quote.

For routine lanes within the Mumbai Metropolitan Region, same-day pickup is usually possible if the request comes in before 1 PM. For long-haul routes, we typically need 4–6 hours notice to assign the nearest available vehicle and driver.

FTL (Full Truck Load) means the entire truck is dedicated to your cargo — faster, direct, and ideal for bulk shipments above 3,000 kg. PTL (Part Truck Load) means your cargo shares space with other consignments — more economical for smaller loads, though transit may take 1–2 days longer due to hub stops.

Yes. Livex is a DPIIT-registered company and holds IBA (Indian Banks' Association) approval for employee relocation. We are also ISO 9001 certified for quality management across our moving, warehousing and freight operations.

We accept UPI, NEFT/RTGS bank transfers, credit/debit cards, and cash (for amounts under ₹50,000). Corporate clients can request credit terms with approved purchase orders. An advance of 30–50% is typically required to confirm booking, with balance payable on delivery or as per agreed terms.

Cancellations made 48 hours before the scheduled date receive a full refund of the advance. Between 24–48 hours, 50% of the advance is retained. Within 24 hours, the advance is non-refundable but can be adjusted against a future booking within 30 days. Rescheduling is free if requested 24 hours in advance.

Our dispatch desk operates Mon–Sat, 9 AM – 7 PM. For emergencies, active clients receive a dedicated coordinator's direct number. You can also reach us via WhatsApp at any time — we monitor messages and respond to urgent queries even outside working hours.
